Turtle Cove is a quiet, well-located development off Hwy 24 just outside Swansboro. Convenient to shopping areas, Swansboro schools and Camp Lejuene. My husband and I own & manage it. I do the paperwork, my. Granted we’re a little biased, but we think it’s one of the nicest parks in Onslow County.  We designed it as we would want it if we lived there –  the homes face the street, not your neighbor’s back door, and only newer homes are allowed. We also have acres of woods where you can go for walks, all the way down to Queens Creek if you want. We rent the lots and a few select homes.  Lot rents are currently at $200 per month, and will accommodate most single or double-wide homes up to 3 bedrooms. Homes must also have vinyl siding and shingle roof.
