This home has great bones, but there's no denying it needs lots of work. The kitchen cabinets were all torn out, it has no heat or air (previous owner removed), needs all new floor coverings, and I don't know what all more. But the kitchen area is large with a breakfast nook, there's a formal dining room too. Living room, and a family room with a fireplace, although that's strictly for looks now as the chimney was capped off. Because of the condition, this will have to be a cash deal. This is not owned by us, the owner rents the lot from us. And it can stay on the lot, as long as it remains owner-occupied and you pass the background check.
