Turtle Cove is a quiet, well-located development off Hwy 24 just outside Swansboro. Convenient to shopping areas, Swansboro schools and Camp Lejuene. My husband and I own & manage it – he does the ground work & development, I do the paperwork. Granted we’re a little biased, but we think it’s one of the nicest parks in Onslow County. We designed it as we would want it if we lived there – the homes face the street, not your neighbor’s back door, and only newer homes are allowed. We rent the lots and a few select homes. Lot rents are currently at $150 per month, and will accommodate most single or double-wide homes up to 3 bedrooms. Homes must also have vinyl siding and shingle roof. |
